Where We Ship

We ship to the United States and internationally to most countries worldwide.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, along with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Times & Rates

Once your order has shipped, here's what to expect:

U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — flat rate of $4.99
International Shipping: typically 7–15 business days, depending on destination. Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Free Standard Shipping: on all orders over $25, U.S. and international

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Delays

While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, occasional delays can happen due to high order volume, weather, customs processing, or carrier disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. SKIVARA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we're always happy to help however we can if this happens.
